It is intended for real estate investors, brokers, attorneys and other professionals who are asking about business-purpose and investment-property financing. It is not intended for consumers seeking personal, family or household financing, and it is not directed to children.

Information you choose to send us

We collect what you type into the deal form, what you email or tell us, and what you upload. That can include:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• the name of your borrowing entity;
• the property address and other property and transaction information, such as purchase price, value, occupancy, closing date and rehab plans;
• the financing you are requesting, your equity or down payment, and your exit strategy;
• your description of the situation; and
• any documents you upload, such as a purchase contract, an existing lender term sheet, an appraisal or a scope of work, and any personal or financial information that appears inside those documents.

Please send only what is needed to review the deal. Do not submit passwords, bank login credentials, Social Security numbers you do not need to provide, or similarly sensitive credentials through the website form or ordinary email. If we need more sensitive information later, we will tell you how to send it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one may receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view and your IP address. Our web host and our form provider may process this information to deliver the site and the form.
